I am a certified active breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner.

In my experience working with complex trauma, grief, and anxiety disorders, I’ve witnessed that one of the biggest obstacles to living the life we wish to create is what happens in the space between honesty, choice, action, accountability, and transformation.
